Maybe, your friends will just give you some lame advice just so you can stop talking.
Here's what I say... Forget about it. Talk to someone who will listen without judgment. Sit with someone who will hold a safe and confidential space for you to share your thoughts and goals and problems.
Sound too good to be true? Well it's not. Your time is NOW! NOW is the time to stop living small. Your time being a caterpillar is OVER. It's time to be a butterfly and use your wings!

Here's how it goes down... Bring to the session, the issue where you are "stuck." You know. This is the issue that keeps you up at night. You can't stop thinking about it. It is running in your mind 24/7. Make sure you are prepared. I want to make sure you get the most of your time.
Then, be prepared to get real. I'm going to listen but I'm going to challenge you with some hard core, thought-provoking questions. Before we end the hour, I am going to give you some homework. Don't worry. There's no test. This is for you. It might be some research. It might be a task. It might even be a challenge. It's all in the spirit of forwarding the action and deepening the learning. You will LOVE it!
